I was very impressed by the navigation process through the website. I did get the document within the 7-working day parameter through the download. I would only suggest that once your order is in the processing mode the researcher/team member would shoot even a timed email to let the person know we are still looking for the document. Since that process is the longest. I am happy the online chat person put me at ease when I tried calling it was continuously busy and maybe another suggestion if there was a call back method when you are next in line would be great. I want to thank Touchstone for the due diligence and with this effort I know have the chance to purchase our new home.
