EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL AROUND. They came through as promised. I had a VA loan that was missing a certain DD214 although I had several different ones and my Certificate of Eligibility and our closing was already scheduled. They told me exactly where the document was and the time frame to receive it. Even though the facility had computer issues that delayed the retrieval, I was still able to get it within 4 business days. The best part ...their constant contact through the entire process.
