I need my DD214 for the purchase of a home, I order from Touchstone on December the 30th and did not think about the holiday. I figure they would not even begin to work on it until Jan 4th but with all that said I receive it in my email available for download on January 12th.
I must admit I was a little worried around the 11th so I use the contact page to find out my status as I paid for express service, they did reply back promptly and then the next day it was available for download.
All in all I am satisfied, although I should have read the facts page first as they explain more there about how and when they ship. I do know that I would not have gotten my DD214 this fast by going through the Veterans web site as time was of the essence for me. So thanks Touchstone for a job well done!!!
