Thank you for your service. This was a hassle free way to get your military documents. Filled out the form and just had to be patient. Thought I would get the documents a little faster. But, I had my forms within seven business days which was soon enough. Only one request form to fill out. I was prior service in both the Army and Air Force. I wasn't sure of my service dates, but it was not a problem. Overall I'm satisfied and would use Touchstone again if needed. Hopefully I won't misplace my documents the next time! [Thank you. Unfortunately, your records were held in a analog (hardcopy) facility, and that was the cause of the delay.
