This service is a God-send! Many years ago when I needed to get a copy of my service record I had to do it all by phone and wait months! With Touchstone I paid the fee, entered my data, and within a week - as promised, the requested documents arrived in the mail! I'm not one normally inclined to paying a hefty fee to get something "sooner" but when it comes to service records, the fee was inconsequential compared to the speed of service.
I will absolutely recommend Touchstone to everyone I know and anyone I meet who needs a copy of their military service record in-hand, quickly!
