As many of the clients are, we were really scurrying about trying to find my father-in-law's DD214 in time to provide a Naval Honor Guard for his funeral services. We had no military file number.
This service was outstanding. They kept me abreast of status continuously and peppered me with e-mail questions to narrow the search.
