After searching for options in obtaining a copy of my DD214 for the purpose of purchasing a home using my VA benefits, I came across the “Touchstone” website. Since I was pressed for time, I did not / could not wait for my DD214 through normal government website which could have taken weeks if not months. I can say first hand that my experience with Touchstone was “Outstanding” and the response time (less than a week) could not have worked out better. Value of service provided is certainly there. I would strongly recommend any vet in similar need to use this service.
